About My Cats
Back in 1990 when I got my first pedigree cat, a blue British Shorthair, I was encouraged to enter my first championship cat show, a hobby that I still enjoy 30 years later.
My cats have won a variety of awards including best of breed, best in section and a couple of overall best in show wins.
I enjoy breeding and look forward, with anticipation, to each new litter. The breeds I specialise in are British Shorthairs and Egyptian Maus. My kittens go to new pet and show homes when they are 13 weeks old, vet checked, registered, vaccinated and microchipped.

Egyptian Maus
The Egyptian Mau is an elegant medium sized cat. Males tend to be larger than females, males weighing 4-6kg and females weighing 3-4kg. They come in the colours silver, smoke and and bronze and have a spotted pattern and a unique 'worried' look.
Maus are sociable, active, playful, inquisitive cats. With careful introductions, they can happily live alongside other cats, dogs and rabbits. They love toys and many learn to retrieve, as they really enjoy interacting with their human family.
They form strong bonds with their owners. They are very intelligent and learn to open doors and cupboards and love to investigate anything new. Maus are still a relatively rare breed in the UK. The breed benefitted from the publicity provided by the ‘Catwoman’ movie that starred a silver Egyptian Mau cat.

British Shorthairs
British Shorthairs are a medium to large, heavily muscled cat.
Their coat is thick and dense and requires regular grooming, especially during seasonal changes.
They come in a wide variety of colours and patterns – solid, tortie, silver, tabby and colourpoint to name a few. British Shorthairs are very easy going and placid and bond well with their owners.
They enjoy company but are also happy to spend some time on their own. They are happy to be indoor only cats or have access to a cat-secure garden. The breed is at least 100 years old and one of the most popular breeds in the UK,
